Setting Goals

More than likely every one has already made their new years resolution. Today you might want to sit down and look over your goals.

Small steps. It takes time to be self sufficient, unless you have the funds to buy a already fully running farm with hands.

It's ok to only have a few things ready, as long as you have a plan in case something should ever go wrong. You don't want to spend more money than you have, and you don't want to buy a herd of cattle without doing your research. Always know what is in store for you before getting it. Jumping into things with both feet could result in a loss of everything.

And talk a bit about what you are doing. Some people will look at you like your a loon, but others have extra things that they are willing to give you. Things you don't have yet, and think you might need. I have gotten many supplies in that manner.
